Looking for a fun summer afternoon activity with those bright + busy little makers of yours? Take a trip to your local farmer’s market or grocery store + let the kiddos pick out their favorite fruit for some deliciously cooling Greek yogurt and fruit smoothie popsicles.

Once you’ve collected the ingredients, put those little chefs to work! The kids will love getting their hands *messy* as they prepare the fruit and yogurt combo. In just a few easy steps, your popsicles will be ready to enjoy!

Banana

SWEET SUNRISE

1/2 cup, fresh or frozen, mangos
1/2 cup, fresh or frozen, pineapples
1/2 cup, fresh or frozen, strawberries
1 cup whole honey Greek yogurt
1 1/2 ripe bananas

Blend mango, 1/2 banana + 1/3 cup yogurt, pour evenly into popsicle molds + freeze until almost solid. Blend pineapple, 1/2 banana + 1/3 cup yogurt, pour evenly on top of frozen mango blend + freeze until almost solid. Blend strawberries, 1/2 banana + 1/3 cup yogurt, pour evenly on top of frozen pineapple blend, add popsicle sticks + freeze until solid.

FRESH N FRUITY

2 cups, fresh or frozen, blueberries
juice from 1 small to medium lemon
10-15 mint leaves
1 cups whole Greek yogurt
4 Tsp. honey

Blend mint leaves, lemon juice + honey in food processor until smooth. Add blueberries until completely blended. Drizzle yogurt onto bottom and sides of popsicle molds and evenly pour blueberry mixture in for a tye-die look. Add popsicle sticks + freeze until solid.

GREEN MONSTER

1 cup organic spinach
2 small ripe bananas
juice from 1 orange or tangerine
3 kiwis
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup whole Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey

Prepare fruits + veggies. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour evenly into popsicle molds, add popsicle sticks + freeze until solid.

PB + J

1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 cup raspberries
1 cup whole honey Greek yogurt

Blend peanut butter + 1/2 cup yogurt in a food processor until smooth. Pour evenly into popsicle molds + freeze until almost solid. Blend raspberries, banana + 1/2 cup yogurt in food processor until smooth. Pour evenly on top of peanut butter blend {giving a striped effect}, add popsicle sticks + freeze until solid.
