Movie night. Celebrate solo or with many. Rain or shine. It’s the most fool-proof event we can think of. Rain in the forecast? Fluff up the couch cushions. Nothing but sunshine ahead? Hang up a sheet + project the night’s film under a *starry* sky. Whichever Mother Nature has in store for you, delight your guests with a modern movie night menu.

BROWN BUTTER ROSEMARY POPCORN
{serves 2}

4 Tbsp. butter
1 bag popcorn {popped}
2 rosemary sprigs
4 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
¼ cup shredded Parmesan

In a skillet, heat butter over medium, whisking frequently. Once the butter begins to foam, turn heat to low. Add rosemary sprigs. Remove from heat once browned specks have formed + there is a nutty aroma. Discard rosemary sprigs. Pour liquid mixture over popcorn. Add parmesan + chopped rosemary, mix thoroughly.

CUCUMBER LIMEADE
{serves 6-8}

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
2 cups lime juice
1 sliced cucumber
1 gallon cold water
limes {for garnishing}
mint sprigs {for garnishing}

In a large container, combine sugar + hot water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add lime juice, cucumbers + cold water, stir until well mixed. Serve over ice and garnish with a squeezed lime slice + mint sprig.

GRILLED PEACH, PROSCIUTTO + GOAT CHEESE PIZZA
{serves 2}

4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion {sliced into thin strips}
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup flour
fresh pizza dough
crumbled goat cheese
1 sliced peach
sliced prosciutto
arugula

Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions + coat with heated oil. Add sugar + sauté until onions browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Spread flour on wood cutting board. Roll out pizza dough until 1 inch thick. Brush top of dough with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Sprinkle goat cheese onto crust. Top with onions, peaches + prosciutto. Grill for10 minutes, or until crust has browned, on a pizza stone. Top with arugula + slice to serve.
