Wow! We were *blown away* to see how much you liked the Meatballs Two Ways recipe! Which is why we are excited that we have a couple more weeks of fun recipes leading up to the big game. Don’t like football? No problem. These would be perfect for a game night¬†or a milestone birthday party too!

We picked two of our most favorite sandwiches and made them into dips! Because let’s be honest…who doesn’t love a good dip?! The crowds will go wild for these delicious {and oh-so-easy} recipes. Be prepared for lots of pats on the back + bear hugs.

Smoky Bleu BLT Dip
{serves approx. 6 people}

1 lb. Bacon
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
4 oz. Bleu Cheese crumbles
1 Roma Tomato (seeded and diced)
1/2 cup Poblano Pepper (diced)
1 cup Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
1 pkg. mini Pretzel Buns

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon and bleu cheese into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes and poblano peppers.

Using a serrated knife, cut off top of pretzel buns and scoop out middle, save extra bread for dipping. Scoop dip mixture into each bun. Top with lettuce.

Reuben Dip
{makes 8 to 10 servings}

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz. Sauerkraut (rinsed and squeezed dry)
6 oz. Corned Beef (shredded)
8 oz. Swiss Cheese (shredded)
1 pkg. cocktail Rye Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese.

Bake in a casserole dish for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve with rye bread slices.
